Where there is love, there is life. Love endures, Love remembersand Love always survives

For Those Who Mourn

For many people death is nothing but a cruel separation from loved ones. Everyone thinks this at one time or another.

I
n death there is certainly the very real pain and sorrow of separation.  But it is also true that our loved ones remain with us.  they do not just go off to some dark and distant place. They continue on into Eternal life. We can not see then because we are still in the darkness of this world.  But their spirit lives, their eyes see us from the light of heaven. They are always watching us as they wait for the day we shall be united again.  We are born to enter heaven and when we end this life of pain and tears we begin out life of endless happiness.

I think about this and it brings me comfort in the many days that I miss my family.  I think," Death has not destroyed them, they have just moved away to a better place and wait for me.

The tears that are shed in these times of grief and morning are homesickness, tears of longing for our loved one.  You see we are the ones who are away from home, not they.  Death for them has been nothing more then a doorway to their new home. They are with us, lovingly waiting for that day when we too walk through the doorway to our new home with them .

if an unborn baby could think, it would be afraid of birth. Why would this baby want to leave the only world it has known?  Leaving it's place of warmth is like death. But soon after the birth the baby is greeted with open arms, showered with affection , loved and cared for at every moment.  I think the baby would say," How silly of me to not want to enter here, this is a beautiful life."

So my friends, passing through death is really a birth into a new and better world. Those of us who are left behind should know and remember there is hope. Our loved one lives on, and if we could hear them speak they would say," I live on, I am with you and soon we shall be together once more."

For now we must remember, Each time their name is spoken, they live. Each time someone remembers a time with them, they live. They shall never die to this world because they are Remembered with Love.

Our loved one shared their laughter and smiles with those around them. they helped others feel a sense of their own worth. They are "God's Special Angels" who may pass this way but once. Our loved one truly made a difference here on earth.  The world is a better place because our loved one lived so well and shared his or her self so freely with others
